1. Returns

We accept returns for products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective
  • Incorrect or different from the product ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where applicable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

  • Have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Are returned without their original packaging, where applicable
  • Have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Have natural handmade variations in colour, texture, or finish

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

4. Exchanges

Replacement or exchange may be offered for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
